RETRO CONSTRUCTION CO. Ltd has staff strength of about 300 workers including experienced, skilled expatriate and local personnel all qualified in their specific area of design and Build from Civil and Steel Engineering, Road Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water and Waste Water Engineering, Crusher Plant, Asphalt Plant, Power Plant, and Milling and Grinding Mechanical Plant. All our projects are managed within a project organization chart where the project manager holds control of the on-ground  operations where a progress report has to be delivered to the head office on a weekly basis.
